Lucas has 13+ years of experience in Real Estate Consulting. He created and led the EMEA Real Estate Analytics team at Cushman & Wakefield. Lucas has strong expertise in offering tailor-made analytical models allowing fact-driven, insightful, and actionable real estate strategies.
David has 10+ years of experience in Real Estate Consulting and has led strategic projects globally for occupiers across most industry sectors and real estate investors. He combines business objectives with global trends and local market data to deliver location & real estate strategies.
Caroline has 11 years of experience in Real Estate Consulting and has advised large private and public organisations on their portfolio and workplace strategy in France and wider EMEA. She combines very strong consulting skills acquired with global firms such as KPMG and Deloitte, with an expertise for Real Estate.
Kyle has 10+ years of consulting experience acquired from Cushman & Wakefield and KPMG, where he advised some of the world’s largest companies on location, portfolio, and workplace strategies.
Kateryna has 15+ years of experience in Real Estate Consulting advising corporates on their global portfolio strategy. She acquired very strong consulting skills from Cushman & Wakefield and Grad Invest, one of Ukraine’s largest real estate developers and investors.
Ervin has 4+ years of experience across finance and audit acquired with global firms such as Morgan Stanley and KPMG. He brings his analytical insights and expertise to support our global portfolio optimization projects.
